  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the 29 N. Wacker pneumatic to DDC retrofit project, including conversion of all pneumatics within this 10-story building, and all AHUs, chillers, boilers, and risers.

  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the NICOR Glen Ellyn DDC controls project. The new facility is home to the new meter maintenance repair shop. The building is slated for LEED GOLD NC3.0.

  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the Green Choice Bank DDC control project in the GX Building.

  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the Baxter Aviation project to provide new temperature controls for their aircraft support building.

  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the DDC controls project for the new offices of Coyote Logistics .

  • 2011 IBCS welcomes aboard Tom Franzo. Tom has many years of experience in the DDC controls industry. Relocating back to his hometown after working in Wisconsin markets, Tom is excited about the many offerings IBCS has, and we are elated to have his knowledge and passion help us grow and establish IBCS as the leader in the Midwest.

  • 2011 IBCS is awarded the Chicago Historical Building, the Green Exchange LEED Platinum Reuse project at Diversy & I90/94. This northern downtown building will house tenants that offer green solutions and technologies. This is also the future home of IBCS's Engineering Department.

  • 2010 IBCS is awarded the DDC upgrade and VFD installation project at the Heritage at Melinum Park. IBCS installed 20 new VFDs totaling over 600 HP, and upgraded the DDC system to Tridium Controls, Niagara Frameworks AX.

  • 2010 IBCS announces its newest offering "Intelli-Rink", which is an exciting way for ice arenas to save energy, provide better quality of ice for competitions, and offer the spectators better comfort. Check it out on our home page!
